Is it wierd that I got a little jolt of excitement when I received an email last night from Stefanie, Ms. Glampyre, herself?
C asked me today what I see myself doing for a career, if not sales, and I quickly though writing and graphic design. I'm taking an online course in graphic design, but I'm constantly procrastinating, and the only writing I do is here. I was suprised at how easily that idea came out, and I'm not sure how to get started. What do you all do for a living? Is it what you want to do? If so, how did you get into it? If not, why aren't you doing what you want? I'm very curious to see what goes through other people's minds . .. see how nuts I really am!

Tee-hee - when I got a comment from the Harlot, I created a little folder in my email especially for her - as if I was going to get so many comments, etc., from her that she needed to have her very own folder. :)
I'm actually a grant writer/administrator for an academic teaching hospital. Is it what I thought I would be doing? Nope. Do I like it? Probably I love it because nothing I just liked could make me so goddamn crazy. How did I end up here? Well, I moved to Boston and needed a job, which somehow turned into a career...I'm still not sure how it happened, really. :)
