1.89 miles down, 98.1 left to go.

Started the Couch to 5K program again, and C went with me at 6am. Cold and dark, but it feels good. The Nike Plus thing is the coolest!

The Nike Plus looks sooo cool! Does it only work with the Nano or can you use it with other iPods?
